Halifax, Nova Scotia · A Saturday running family
We're a Saturday morning running family in Halifax — all paces, all people, running with purpose. Every week we lace up, chase the sunrise on the waterfront, and remind each other why we started. Pull up a Saturday. You'll fit right in.
"Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us." — Hebrews 12:1

Who we are
Run Club HFX started with a few runners and a simple belief: that showing up — for the miles and for each other — is an act of faith. Two seasons in, we're a family that runs Halifax together every Saturday morning. Fast, slow, first-timer or marathoner — there's a spot on the road for you.
We're not here to sell you anything. We're here to run with you, cheer you on, and point to something bigger than the finish line.
"Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize." 1 Corinthians 9:24 — Season 2 theme
The club, in the wild

The shirt we earn every Saturday. Soft, breathable, and marked with the Season 2 crest. Wear it on the waterfront, wear it to church, wear it wherever you run.

For foggy Halifax mornings and cool-downs by the harbour. Heavyweight, embroidered crest, made to go the distance with you.
More than merch
Here's the best part: your shirt does good. On the last Saturday of every month, we take every contribution and turn it into food for people in our city who need it most. So when you throw on your Run Club HFX gear, you're not just repping the club — you're bringing light into the world. Thank you for being part of this. See you Saturday.
We meet every Saturday at 9:30 AM in Halifax, Dartmouth & Bedford. No sign-up fee, no pressure, no minimum pace — just show up in whatever shoes you've got and we'll take the first mile together.
Never run before? Perfect. Training for a marathon? Also perfect. We've got walk-run groups, easy pacers and folks chasing PRs — nobody gets left behind on the road.
Stick around after the run for coffee, water and good conversation. It's honestly the best part. Bring a friend — the more the better.
Weekly run updates, a word for the road and the occasional heads-up when new gear drops. No spam — just the club in your inbox.
