Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Run Club HFX gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 👉30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with any tags attached.

To start a return, email us at hi@runclubhfx.club with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with the next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Return shipping
👉Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hi@runclubhfx.club within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Need a different size? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale unless faulty.
