Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship across Canada, to the United States, and internationally.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time & rates
Canada: Standard shipping (3–5 business days) and Express options at checkout.
United States & International: rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address.

All prices and shipping charges are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Local to Halifax? Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and grab your order at any Saturday run — no shipping cost. We'll have it ready with your name on it.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our hands. If your order seems lost or badly delayed, email hi@runclubhfx.club and we'll help track it down.
